Plant guarantee

At Earlswood we want you to be totally satisfied with the plants you purchase from us. We nurture the plants for many years at our production nurseries and want them to perform successfully in your garden and give lots of pleasure. We confidently offer a THREE YEAR guarantee on all our Hardy Garden Plants. If any of the plants fail to establish within this period we will replace to the purchase value or issue a credit note if the replacement plant is not in stock.

All we ask for is proof of purchase, the plant label and the failed plant. Our guarantee is subject to you correctly planting and maintaining the plant. Remember we will be very pleased to offer advice on planting and maintenance at time of purchase.
There are a few conditions which invalidate the guarantee as follows:

• If the plant is physically damaged e.g. rabbit or other animal damage, strimmer or mower damage.
• If the plant has failed due to neglect e.g. poorly watered or waterlogged.
• We will guarantee all plants subject to their natural hardiness; however we cannot guarantee semi hardy plants when they are exposed to extreme weather conditions.
• We cannot guarantee short lived perennials.
• Annual bedding plants and vegetable plants are excluded from our guarantee.
